The Challenge
Innovation is essential for organizations to thrive, but there are barriers. Processes are hard to sustain, engagement can be low, offsites are expensive, and norms often go unchallenged. At Fresh, we’ve long used a three-step process of ideating, evaluating, and collaborating in-house to deliver clients results. The approach is central to our innovation processes, but we lacked a technological tool to support scalability and remote collaboration.
In creating Invent Value, our goal was to inspire an organization-wide culture of innovation at Fresh for our partners and with our clients, spurring ongoing engagement with a user-friendly tool.
Our Solution
Invent Value is a collaborative innovation platform that empowers organizations to tap their people’s mindshare, gather diverse input, generate new ideas, and evaluate solutions to complex challenges. Starting as a dashboard for innovation, challenge creation, and idea generation, Invent Value has continued to evolve. It now incorporates rich media sharing, time-based challenges, presets, and custom methods based on our knowledge of how innovation works.
In addition to creating the web app, website, and all marketing materials, Fresh designers created the logo and branding collateral. Fresh strategists have explored how to bundle Invent Value into our innovation-as-a-service offering, providing clients and partners with even greater access to the influencing dynamic change and improvement across their organization and inside their industry.
