We leveraged Passport’s thirty-year history of service and customer experience to create a website and applications that provide a stable footing for the future

The Challenge

Passport had existing digital assets and tools, but their various interfaces lacked clarity and the overarching user experience was convoluted. We were hired to provide strategic consultation, as well as design and development services, to reimagine Passport’s various digital touchpoints, better serve their existing users, and draw interest from prospective customers.

Our Solution

In close collaboration with Passport stakeholders, we created a website, three mobile applications, and seven videos to optimize Passport’s services and generate brand awareness. Passport leveraged these tools, media assets, and an expansive digital marketing plan to create brand campaigns that tapped into their organization’s rich history and defined a roadmap for the future.

A cross-platform experience

Extending Passport’s digital customer experience across multiple devices and operating systems required a collaborative consultative effort. From navigational filters to UX copy, imagery, and interactions, we had to think about how to effectively scale common elements of the UI without sacrificing quality. The result was an optimized customer tool for finding deals easily, allowing users to spend their time enjoying the benefits of Passport without experiencing any user experience roadblocks.

A companion website to serve a growing customer base

Passport serves some of the world's largest companies but was looking to expand. Creating a website that showcased their brand and improved referrals and direct sales was essential. Fresh strategists and designers collaborated with Passport stakeholders to create a digital marketing plan that elevated brand awareness and improved the customer experience. The website was integrated with Passport’s various properties and tools, creating a unified customer experience with consistent and compelling brand storytelling.
