What does that mean?
- Brands are varied. We need to gather requirements that are unique for a brand, then craft a strategy.
- Clients have great ideas. Our job as consultants is to offer and informed perspective, but you have an immense store of knowledge, and without listening, we work on assumptions.
- Channels are numerous. Just because Twitter is hot doesn’t mean it’s ideal for you. If you’re objective is to be more visual and increase that aspect of your brand, the Instagram or Pinterest might be a better platform.
Bottom line, listening matters. Without doing it, you consultants risk missing the mark.
