Last week Fresh had the honor of attending Seattle Business magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in Washington awards and ranking in the top 12 for mid-sized companies.

There are over 500,000 businesses in WA with fewer than 500 employees. Being one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For is important to us because the score comes from our team. Seattle Business magazine uses anonymous employee feedback in a comprehensive survey to score companies across 10 categories that include corporate culture and executive leadership.

In 2016 we also ranked on the 100 Best Companies to Work For list, then took the anonymous employee feedback and implemented changes to better meet our team members’ needs, and earned a better score the next year.

In the process of focusing on employee experience as one of our core yearly goals, we’ve been grateful for a very low turnover rate and we’re grateful to the team members who continue to contribute to our collaborative culture. Together, they’re what make Fresh a fresh place to work.
