We partnered with a company that knew there was a problem to be solved in their industry but lacked the resources and creative power to develop a functional proof of concept

The Challenge

After 20+ years in the industry, the leadership at Proof Analytics knew well that the practice of marketing faced serious challenges and questions. For sales and business decision-makers, impact is essential, and marketing initiatives lose credibility, investment, and support due to the lack of research into their concrete results. To continue illustrating their impact and value, marketers needed a tool that demonstrates how marketing impacts sales, allowing decision-makers to proceed with confidence.

Our Solution

Proof Analytics hired Fresh to complete the UX design of the app and build a working prototype. Our objective was to solidify a product vision, allowing Proof Analytics to build a team and raise capital to launch the company.

Together with stakeholders, we explored the core problems users faced, built personas, established user stories, and reviewed statistical correlations between complex data sets. We collaborated to create product sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and in so doing, shaped their end solution.

From problem statements to product prototype

Even though the effort was exploratory at its core, concrete results were essential. We conducted our engagement as we would for any design project, starting with research and analysis and proceeding to design deliverables. Proof Analytics required a rich-repository of data about the challenge they were solving, but they also needed a concrete product to substantiate their speculation that the solution was viable.

We set out to help them prove their value to prospective investors. From strategic thinking at the outset to design delivery, we collaborated with Proof Analytics to create a minimum lovable product that garnered interest and helped them acquire additional funding post-launch.
