Moss Adams completed a dramatic rebrand, and Fresh was hired to expand upon their new vision and bring their digital experience to life. Our task was to create a site that attracts prospective clients and helps job applicants better understand the company history.
Moss Adams has a compelling history, depth of experience, and breadth of capabilities. The challenge came in creating a seamless, user-friendly experience while accounting for everything they do and paying homage to the foundation that made them successful. Information volume had to be addressed in a tasteful that placed usability first.
Encouraging discovery through simplicity
Information-heavy websites often feel dense and overly complex, especially if they rely too much on text. But there are numerous tools to serve information to users at the right moment in their website journey. We provided strategic consultation on how to do it effectively.
Anywhere text appears on a page, it’s scannable. Rather than front-loading information, we disclosed it progressively, starting with what users had to know and proceeding to unveil more supplementary information as pages are scrolled. Additionally, we used motion and video to convey the client’s rich history seamlessly.
The complexity of information is still there, but it’s delivered simply, striking a powerful balance.
