NCB is the largest and oldest bank in Jamaica. After losing some ground to newer banks, NCB needed to upgrade their online experience to stay competitive.

We formed a clear understanding of the core issues by conducting interviews and user tests.
- Product names did not match user expectations
- Products were scattered across four different sites
- Pages were too text heavy and were hard to scan for key information
- Outdated designs caused users to have lower trust ratings
- New users did not readily see security information
- Consolidate four sites into one for a seamless navigation experience
- Make the site mobile responsive for the growing Android users
- Expand the home page content to establish trust and credibility at a glance
- Add a comparison tool for easy comparison of product features.
- Build an in-depth About Us section for new customers to gain trust
