You’ve Beaten B.O.C.O. – Now, Deliver Your Product to the World

Over the course of 2018, Fresh’s designers and developers created an interactive digital journey to educate companies and teams on the UX Design Process. In the research, design, and test worlds, users undertook an adventure to beat B.O.C.O., or “The Beast of Conflicting Opinions.”

The beginning of 2019 sees B.O.C.O. defeated at last. Now, you can enjoy the ride of flying high through the Delivery World.

In this world, you will:

  • Rise into the clouds and learn, at a high level, about strategies for onboarding and engagement. Onboarding is key to keeping your product aloft. We recommend designing an effective onboarding experience to increase product stickiness and user retention.
  • Pass by a series of constellations, connecting the dots between starting with less and scaling your product over time. Key points include building user loyalty and advocacy with an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). With an effective roadmap, you can develop a vision for your product’s future.
  • Fly over an uncertain product landscape, where adapting and evolving is imperative. To keep up with the competition and stay relevant, we recommend adopting a design thinking mindset. Equip yourself for unexpected challenges by planning ahead and staying on the cutting edge.

We hope you’ve enjoyed the journey to Defeat B.O.C.O. as much as we have. At journey’s end, we’d be thrilled if you shared it on social media. And as always, feel free to contact us if you have a project you want to collaborate on.
