The Challenge

Engineered products must be skillfully assembled to ensure that manufacturing reliability, configuration accuracy, and other critical factors are addressed. The tests often need to happen rapidly, assessing a concept before manufacturing. We identified the need for an efficient tool for customized and off-the-shelf testing integrations with human-readable scripts, automated data collection, and optimized test throughput.

Our Solution

Simple Test Systems provides a high-level of modularity, lending to custom and off-the-shelf test solutions. The tool addresses various tests, from functional tests to board-level, wireless charging, power supply testing, and much more.

Built for scalability

Our LabVIEW test framework allows us to create robust test systems with simple, user-friendly interfaces. Our testers are designed around a human-readable test scripting system. Combining modular hardware and the scriptable test protocols allows our test systems to grow with our clients’ products. Fresh also develops testers based on Python, C, and C#.
