Adam and Dragan, everytime either of you put your hand to something you achieve it with great success and in ways I wouldn’t have imagined. You both are great at communicating and have great excellence and vision. And are great leaders in your respective areas.
If there is something he has to learn, Harman always goes the extra mile to become an expert and bring that knowledge into his projects. Looking forward to seeing what new, amazing, and innovative things we will work on together!
In a recent conversation about how to grow as a leader at Fresh, Teage offered me some awesome advice. He lended me a copy of “The Go-Giver,” which I was honored to accept and begin reading. It has opened my eyes to new approaches to my work – the principles contained in the story don’t just apply to sales.
Teage pushed me to explore a new opportunity for growth and I’m incredibly grateful. Teage is willing to excel in sales and in opportunities to coach others at Fresh to be better people and better professionals. That, in my mind, is the sign of a true and natural leader!
The architect group has been so much fun and a great opportunity to learn more about the process of analysis and initial development of software as well as how to present that to clients.
Dragan is very knowledgeable and I’ve been learning a lot from him in our discussions.
Jesse is constantly making our development team better. He has always been at the forefront of technologies and strategies for front-end development, and he’s done a fantastic job integrating these new technologies and strategies into our team’s workflow.
