Be Decisive

Fresh Leaders are decision makers who make decisions based on an appropriate level of process, input, and urgency. They acknowledge the value of collaboration among their teams, but do not confuse consensus with decision making. They make decisions as quickly as possible even without perfect information, input or context, and then over communicate those decisions to their team and intentionally gather feedback on the results. If they make the wrong decision, they admit it, internalize their learnings, and then adjust and/or change direction as quickly as possible.
