Keith Hoffman

Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Keith Hoffman

I started my professional mechanical engineering career about three decades ago at the second company in Washington to buy a seat of SolidWorks. At the time they were making equipment for the photo industry like print cutting equipment and high-speed film scanners. After my start there, I have worked for quite a variety of companies in the region working in micro displays, photo printing, medical equipment, microscopy, flood restoration equipment, cinema gimbals and other interesting product development roles.

I love talking about outdoor recreation opportunities in the PNW, so if you need a recommendation for a stellar hike or epic bike adventure, I am your man. I also took up paragliding in 2015 and have accumulated close to 100 hours of airtime since, so I often head over to Tiger Mountain after work to hike up the Chirico Trail to Poo Poo Point for an evening flight over Issaquah.
