I’m a Senior Technical Recruiter with over 20 years of experience filling critical engineering roles across various industries: aerospace, medical devices, nuclear energy, and consumer electronics.
My career path was anything but traditional. I moved to New York to study theater when I was 17 and worked in off-Broadway productions. When I returned to Seattle, I continued working for a free Shakespeare in the Park company with my daughters in tow in the beautiful Seattle parks. When I transitioned to technical recruiting, I used what theater taught me in how to read a room, listen deeply, and tell a person’s story honestly. I thrive on learning, especially directly from my clients and the brilliant engineers I’ve worked with who have been my greatest teachers.
Outside of work, I am a collage artist, painter, and writer. I’m an avid Seattle Seahawks and UW Huskies fan, and a firm believer that life is simply better with dogs (having spent ten wonderful, chaotic years with a beloved Border Collie).
