Jodi is an operations and delivery leader who has built her career alongside engineering teams, progressing from Business Analyst to Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Manager, and organizational leadership. A SAFe-certified practitioner, she specializes in translating strategy into action, streamlining processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to business goals. Jodi is known for her practical, people-centered approach—driving clarity, accountability, and high-performing cultures.
Outside of work, she’s a plant enthusiast, bird trivia buff, science-of-baking nerd, and shares her office with two lively boxers, Link and Iggy.
