Toby is a seasoned electronics engineer, graduating from Western Washington University in 2005. His career in test and automation began at Fluke, focusing on metrology standards and lean manufacturing. At Microsoft, he spent nine years with the Xbox team, designing test systems for the Kinect sensor and stress testing hardware. At Meta Reality Labs, Toby managed the test and automation team for cutting-edge research. As a Technical Program Manager for Project Kuiper at Amazon, he scaled production for satellite subsystems.
Outside work, Toby enjoys family time, gardening, and traveling, especially to southern Italy where his wife is from.
