Phil is Director of Program Management, Hardware, and Systems, with a foundation in electrical engineering. He began his career at Philips Healthcare, developing electrical architectures and firmware for ultrasound devices. At Pensar, Phil led product development teams and directed Program Management and Software & Embedded Systems, supporting clients from startups to Fortune 10 companies across healthcare, consumer electronics, and aerospace. At Amazon, he drove large-scale, end-to-end hardware platform initiatives. Phil is passionate about leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery.
Outside of work, he enjoys film, music, running, paddleboarding, and time with his two young daughters.
