We guided a company during a four-day remote workshop, stragizing how to effectively communicate their value and reach their prospecive customers.
We were approached to facilitate a company’s annual retreat, with the goal of helping them create a firm footing for future growth. BiasSync's immediate challenge was introducing its product and articulating differentiators to drive momentum, increase brand awareness, and communicate its values. They needed a reliable way to scale operations, support demand, and demonstrate their efficacy by using continuous innovation to drive organizational change.
Over the four-day retreat, we completed a variety of activities to help BiasSync name its differentiators and explore ways to communicate them to clients and partners. Through a process of diagnosis, ideation, and alignment, we guided BiasSync to more deeply understand who they were serving, what they offered, and why it mattered. The workshop culminated in creating a matrix of future initiatives that were measured and prioritized based on the effort it would take to enact them and the potential impact it would have for the company.
