Shea is a Sr. Program Manager at Fresh with over 15 years of experience. Holding a Master’s degree in Creative Writing and a certificate in Project Management from Portland State University, Shea brings to her team a background in communications, content strategy, copywriting, and editing.
Shea began her marketing career at Powell’s Books. After Powell’s, Shea had a productive seven-year freelance career, during which she provided editorial and project management services to local agencies. Most recently, Shea worked at a web development agency called Monumental, providing creative direction and project management. There, she collaborated with a multidisciplinary team on the strategy, design, and development of Shopify websites.
Shea has worked with writers for over fifteen years as a coach, editor, and ghostwriter, working for major publishers and independent authors. She’s a fiction writer, a lifelong bookworm, and loves talking with people about their creative pursuits.
