Jim has over 40 years of experience in the technology sector, with expertise in Tier 1-3 level IT support and security. As a lab manager at Mircosoft prior to joining Fresh, Jim worked on projects for Windows Phone, HoloLens, and Dynamics AI/Azure.
He has a background as an electronics technician and associate engineer in production, service, and R&D involving technologies including accelerometers, in-circuit emulators, and fibre channel storage systems.
He enjoys mastering new technology, playing PC and console games, and studying astronomy and oceanography.
