What you’ll be doing?

  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing software development processes.
  • Work closely with project teams to facilitate efficient and superior project delivery.
  • Ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed consistently.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to development processes, technical standards, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest software developments trends, tools, and technologies. Apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvements to development standards and processes.
  • Train staff on newly defined or improved processes.
  • Some travel may be required

We are looking for a well-rounded software development continuous improvement manager to join our growing team. Our collaborative team of consultants delivers results across multiple verticals and technology platforms to mid-size and enterprise clients. Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks as well as handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a Business Analyst in a technology company
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile teams, particularly using Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear and concise technical and business documentation and reports.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
  • Proficiency with cloud architecture best practices
  • Proficiency with DevOps and best practices
  • Proficiency with QA standards and testing methodologies


Bonus Skills (not required):

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, Asana, and MS Project
  • Experience with Scrum, XP, or other agile methodologies
  • Experience with Cloud Platform Hosting, Configuration, and Deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience working in the Consulting industry
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams

For a Washington-State-based role, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
