Aaron Stevens

Aaron has built quality business systems for multi-million dollar and Fortune 500 companies in industries including commercial construction, aerospace, and maritime. He started his career serving in the United States Navy as a flight deck crew leader. Following his service, he earned a degree in multimedia design and production then entered a role at Genie leading a team of process improvement engineers with a focus on safety, process, and tool design with ergonomic intent.

Aaron is an authorized OSHA trainer, has a BS in Business Administration and Management, and trained in production ergonomics, lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, 5S Lean, and Kaizen. Aaron’s hobbies are barbecuing, craft beer sampling, and cryptocurrency. He’s also an active supporter of animal rescues.
