Fresh is honored to be recognized by Seattle Business magazine as one of the 100 Best Companies To Work For in Washington State; ranking 16th in the mid-sized company category.

100 Best Companies To Work For - Team

“A common theme across all these successful companies is transparent, communicative leadership and responsiveness to employee concerns,” said Seattle Business magazine Editor in Chief Rob Smith. Receiving this award three times out of four years is a true testament to Fresh culture and how our company values are implemented on a daily basis.

Seattle Business magazine gathers anonymous employee feedback using a comprehensive survey. The survey scores companies across 10 categories including corporate culture, executive leadership, responsibility and decision-making, benefits, workplace environment, communication, training and education, hiring and retention, performance standards, and rewards and recognition.

This award is more than just the recognition of our existing company culture, it is an opportunity for growth. We are looking forward to using the feedback from the anonymous survey to continue to grow – and innovate – together.
